St. Paul, Minn. — Congressman Jim Ramstad has been in Washington for 8 terms, and during that time, the Republican Congressman from the 3rd District has seen power change hands in Congress.

Cathy Wurzer talked with Ramstad in his Washington office about the changes he's seen so far this session with a DFL-controlled Congress.
