Presidential race, Iraq war loom over Washington

U.S. Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., announced Wednesday that he will not run for president in 2008, but a number of his colleagues in the Senate are. Also Wednesday, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved a non-binding resolution criticizing President Bush's plan to increase troop levels in Iraq.
