Soldier's brother reacts to new Iraq strategy

People who have family members serving in Iraq are following the details of the President's strategy closely. Many of them watched the president's speech last night with keen interest. Among them was James Berka, who lives in St. Paul. His brother Joel is in the Army and is in his second tour in Iraq right now.
