by Tom Crann, Minnesota Public Radio

St. Paul, Minn. — It's office moving season at the Capitol. While the governor and lieutenant governor got to keep their offices for another four years, the legislative leaders, and other constitutional officers are reshuffling office space.

Minnesota's new Secretary of State, Mark Ritchie, is one of those. Ritchie, a Democrat, defeated incumbent Mary Kiffmeyer in the November 2006 election.

MPR's Tom Crann talked with Ritchie about his new duties.
