How to pay for more troops in Iraq

St. Paul, Minn. — President Bush is expected to announce early this month a new strategy for U.S. involvement in Iraq.

Over the last couple of weeks, he's been holding meetings with his national security team, and he's already suggested the possibility of increasing troop levels in Iraq in the coming year.

Commentator Chris Steele of St. Paul offers his thoughts on the subject.
