Growing economic success for Hmong community

St. Paul, Minn. — A new census report shows that some minority groups are struggling economically. However, the Hmong community in Minnesota has made significant gains. Their per capita income jumped up 50 percent over the last five years.

Cathy Wurzer talked with Ilean Her, executive director of the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans, about Minnesota's Hmong community.
