St. Paul, Minn. — Tomorrow morning, you can cast your vote as early as 7 a.m., and election judges are preparing to help voters cast their ballots and deal with any potential promlems. Cathy Wurzer spoke with Ramsey County elections manager Joe Mansky about what people need to know when they head to the polls.
