St. Paul, Minn. — The Minnesota Timberwolves begin a new season tonight at the Target Center when they play the Sacramento Kings. The team is coming off a disappointing season in which they missed the playoffs for the first time in 10 years.
Wolves superstar Kevin Garnett, who joined the team when he was just 19 years old, is now 30 and still in search of his first NBA title. MPR's Cathy Wurzer got a preview of the upcoming season from Brit Robson, who covers the Timberwolves for City Pages.
