Health industry calling more attention to medical mistakes

There's been a lot of attention on medical mistakes, and transparency in their reporting. And some of the attention lately is coming from within the medical profession. A recent pair of articles in JAMA -- the Journal of the American Medical Association -- addresses this idea. Not in the operating room, but in the culture of medicine, and in clinical practice.
