More than 100 companies have seen fallout from the practice of backdating stock options. UnitedHealth Group's William McGuire is the fifth CEO to step down over the practice in just the past week.
Chris Farrell, Minnesota Public Radio's chief economics correspondent, discussed Wall Street's reaction with MPR's Perry Finelli.
