Supreme Court justices wield a tremendous amount of power, but it's not all that often you get to hear from them outside of High Court's marble halls. At this year's Aspen Ideas Festival, Justice Stephen Breyer and retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor discussed the power and the limitations of the judicial system.
