Bush proposes trials for Guantanamo detainees

St. Paul, Minn. — President Bush says the U.S. has to be "capable of defending herself" so he's pressing Congress to legislate new rules for trying terror suspects. He outlines his proposal in a speech Wednesday afternoon. We also hear from Dr. Steven Miles, who has criticized doctors who participated in the torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib.
