Evaluating Secretary Rumsfeld
Senate Democrats plan to push for a vote of "no confidence" in Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld this week, saying he's responsible for the failure to stabilize Iraq. The vote would only be symbolic, and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist dismissed it as "political gamesmanship."
