Comparing the war on terror to World War II

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld Tuesday compared critics of the war on terror to those who doubted the Nazi threat. "Can we truly afford to believe that somehow, some way, vicious extremists can be appeased?" he asked the National Convention of the American Legion in Salt Lake City.
