More cancer treatments, but do they work?

With nearly 400 cancer drugs in clinical trials, researchers are putting new focus on targeted therapies and shedding old theories on treatment.
- Doug Yee: Professor of medicine and pharmacology. He heads the breast cancer program at the University of Minnesota cancer center.
- Edith Perez: Professor of medicine and director of the breast cancer program at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. She's also a clinical oncologist.
