Halving oil imports by 2025

Washington, DC — Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., is calling for the United States to cut its oil imports in half over the next two decades.

Clinton outlined her plan to achieve that goal in a detailed speech Tuesday at the National Press Club in Washington.
