Will the Twins score or strike out at the Legislature?

A bill that would allow Hennepin County to raise its sales tax without a referendum to finance a new Minnesota Twins ballpark is gathering steam at the Legislature. After a decade of trying, this may be the year the Twins get a new stadium.
