New study finds 68,000 uninsured kids in Minnesota

A study from the Children's Defense Fund released Wednesday finds that the number of uninsured children in Minnesota is has gone up in recent years. The study says cutbacks in government-subsidized health insurance and employer-paid health plans are responsible for the increase.
