Fans of The Eagles of Death Metal might hate this comparison, but it's going to be made anyway: they're a little like Andrew WK. They are about making rock n' roll, drinking, girls, partying, and fun.

St. Paul, Minn. — As lead singer Jesse "The Devil/Boots Electric" Hughes says, "Rock n' roll is about making Little Richard Proud."

Even without drummer Josh Homme, Hughes and guitarist "Darling" Dave Ketchum rocked The Current's Studio P. And who needs a drummer anyway when you have Tony Oliveri from Minneapolis band Like Hell sitting in as a designated hand clapper?

Songs performed: "Bad Dream Mama," and "I Want You So Hard (Boy's Bad News)."
