Metric - in studio

The band Metric has been touring in support of their latest record "Live It Out", which was released last fall.

St. Paul, Minn. — Metric's new-wave influences fall away somewhat for the new record, incorporating a stripped-down sound intended to "translate directly to the stage." Before their show at First Avenue, they stopped up to the Current's studios to play some of their new songs and chat with Mark Wheat.

Songs performed: "Ending Start," "Monster Hospital," "Live It Out," "Between the Bars*."
