It's said that nothing on the Diamond Nights album "Popsicle" sounds like it was made after 1978. And the band considers that a success.
Austin, TX — The group Diamond Nights combines an appreciation for vintage heavy metal with a love of indie rock. The four-piece band from Brooklyn has been described as "The Darkness without the falsetto and the Freddie Mercury unitards." The band's song "The Girl's Attractive" landed at number nine on Blender's "Twenty Songs You Must Download" list.
Songs performed: "New Orleans," "Saturday Fantastic," and "Snakey Ruth."
