What's next for South Dakota abortion law?

South Dakota's Governor Mike Rounds signed legislation Monday banning most abortions in the state. The measure is designed as a direct challenge to the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion. MPR's Cara Hetland in Sioux Falls talked with All Things Considered host Tom Crann about the new law.
