Lobbyists find Minnesota attractive

Minnesota ranks fourth in the nation in money spent on lobbying the government, according to a new report from the Center for Public Integrity. Minnesota ranked behind California, New York and Texas, all states with much larger populations and budgets. Hamline University professor David Schultz says Minnesota attracted so much attention because it's closely divided politically.
