Public employee unions and state reach agreement

Minnesota's largest public employee unions reached tentative contracts with state negotiators early Friday morning. The deal needs to be ratified by the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 5. State Human Relations Commissioner Cal Ludeman told MPR's Cathy Wurzer he is pleased with the settlement.
