Penny at Bush economic conference

Former Minnesota Democratic Congressman Tim Penny is in Washington to speak at a White House economic conference that President George W. Bush is expected to attend. Penny was a member of Bush's Social Security commission in 2001 which proposed plans for fixing Social Security that included establishing personal accounts. Penny says his speech will stress fundamental changes to Social Security.
