More consumers complain about "bloatware"

Trial software that comes pre-loaded on new PCs is sometimes called "bloatware" or "crapware." Critics say it negatively affects PC performance. Today on Future Tense (RealAudio - MP3 - iTunes) I discuss the bloatware problem with CNET News.com reporter Ina Fried.
