Only six inches on the ground here in Windom, but the wind is starting to howl. I plan on staying home tonight.

I have been listening since 11 a.m. and I just thought you should know the weather in NW Minnesota, the only area of the state for which I have not heard a weather update. We are having a very clear and very cold day. As of 3 p.m., it is -1 degree F, down from +1 degree two hours ago. The wind is calm and we have about 2 inches of snow on the ground, so no drifting to speak of. It is a beautiful winter day here in Greenbush, MN.

Near the Ford Bridge in St. Paul, I'd guess about 11" in our backyard, with minimal drifting.
