Nationwide weather woes

There is a lot of weather news going on across the country. It appears to be a very active weather pattern in the next week or so. You'll want to bookmark this website and burrow down for details.
Good news, most of the heavy precipitation stays south of the Red River Valley for a week. Bad news, if you like spring, we remain on the chilly side in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Watch out for severe storms in southeast US today and tonight.

What's the latest on the big storm this weekend? Our family had a trip planned from Winona to the TC, returning Sunday afternoon, but now we're thinking of cancelling, so more info about this storm would help.
