Thanks for showing us how a highly trained meteorologist measures snow. I had the same amount at the Eden Prairie weather lab. My yard stick is the official Chanhassen measuring tool, but still works the same as yours.

Very pretty snow landscape this morning with high quality snow that has some good water content.
