Rain chances look to be increasing for Election Day, but the long range outlook from NOAA's Climate Prediction Center is favoring milder than normal temperatures.

Six to ten day temperature outlook

The shades of color are a confidence factor, not a magnitude of warm or cold.

For the Twin Cities the average high and low for early November: middle 40s and upper 20s.
