Very dry winds and warm temperatures are creating a high fire danger around Los Angeles. Conditions are likely to remain perilious through Wednesday.
Forecast for southern California
Rainfall totals yesterday ranged as high as 0.60 inch at Mankato to slightly more than a tenth of an inch at St. Cloud and Duluth. About a third of an inch fell around the Twin Cities.
