Into the fray

I am quite excited for this opportunity to contribute to MPR. Seeing as the times being what they are, a very interesting place to start would be with our "friend," Mark Foley. Things are coming out all over the place, and from a few spots and even more unlikely sources.
The thing I have noticed right off the bat is that there is already a very comprehensive ad put together by one Minnesota candidate for political office. This was in fact put together and put on the air the day that all these charges were brought up. This candidate happens to be Patty Wetterling. The woman who is the "champion" of children everywhere, was able to put together such an ad in a matter of a few hours implies either that she has a staff that can put together a very very hate-filled ad quite quickly, or she had knowledge of this scandal in advance.
As I look at the emerging evidence, the House page that was effected was of age at the time of these instant messages, and evidence of late shows that these messages are not real but are an admitted joke between other pages making fun of Foley for being a homosexual.
So here we find out that all these charges are false. But Patty Wetterling champions herself as a child protector, but held back information from the public in her own personal political ambitions over the safety and well-being of a child?
Patty Wetterling, shame on you. Shame for using your son as a political platform, shame for using that tragedy to push your political career, and shame for using both to try and shame someone for the same action you just took.
So as I see a lot of this "October Surprise" coming out, once the full truth -- that is if the full truth is ran as heavily in the media as the falsehoods have been heralded -- the odds of this hurting Republicans is quite slim. However if the truth gets triumphed in the media it would most certainly hurt the Democrats in the election.

Mister Lee
Using the phrase... "Shame on You..." makes one question...
Are you sure you are not a Republican in Centrist Drag?
What do you think is the number one job of a politician?

I shame politicians where shaming is fit. I shamed govenor Pawlenty for going against his pledge to raise taxes and I shame him for saying he didn't raise taxes in his commercials.
Maybe it is you who is a posing as a centrist?
The number one job of a politician is to pass legislation, not to be hypocrites.

The more I think about it David, you seem to be very aggrivated and rather than attack my arguement and prove it wrong, you have chosen to label me one way or another in a distinct effort to discredit me, rather than tackle the notion put forth. I suggest maybe you resign yourself to your own posts going forward as I will not get into a name calling session with you. If you want to tackle the substance of my posts then I will glady do so, but to date David, you have made 0 posts and your first foray into the site is to attack a fellow blogger?
