Quiet day for Minnesota politics. Today is a federal holiday honoring Martin Luther King Jr. All eyes will turn to Washington, D.C., for the inauguration ceremonies for President Obama's second term.

The action returns to St. Paul on Tuesday with Gov. Dayton expected to release his budget and tax proposals.
