If looking for solutions to stadium, why not go back to where this should have all been solved, the Vikes can spend far less, fix up TCF football stadium, which never gets used enough now, is right on the future LRT line, and then we have a great outdoor footbal stadium and a perfectly fine Metrodome with a brand new roof for the rest of the people, withot breaking the bank for anyone.
