Rick Santorum has suspended his presidential campaign. He did not endorse the likely GOP nominee, Mitt Romney during his speech or after it.
The move sets up the general election contest between President Obama and Republican Mitt Romney.
Romney says Santorum will maintain a key role in the GOP.
With Santorum out of the race, MNGOP Chair Pat Shortridge expects Republicans to rally around Romney's campaign.
Social conservatives, however, aren't rushing to Romney.
