With a New Hampshire debate focused on the economy coming up this evening, Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann's presidential campaign has put out what it calls a "Blueprint for Economic Prosperity and Job Creation."

Bachmann's "American Jobs, Right Now" plan is basically a rehash of proposals she's been making for months on the campaign trial.

Bachmann calls her plan "simple." Among other things she would give U.S. companies tax breaks for repatriating profits earned outside of the country. She would also cut government spending, taxes and regulations and overturn the President Obama's health care overhaul.

Bachmann’s “America’s Jobs Right Now” hypothesis is a regurgitation of Reagan’s implementation of the “Laffer Curve” economic theory. It failed, and Reagan had to implement tax hikes, which he called revenue enhancements.
