In an ad for Mark Ritchie, he says that all of our voices should be heard. Some voices are not being heard. After one is released from prison, I think one's civil rights to vote are not returned for 7 years in Minnesota. As the person has served her or his time for the felony, would you (each candidate) reduce the number of years before an ex-offender can vote? If so, by how much and why? If not, why?
The feature examines statements made by Minnesota politicians and checks them for accuracy. Based on data analysis, document reviews and interviews with non-partisan analysts, statements are rated either true, false or inconclusive.
