GOP trackers get new shirts

State Republican party officials have designed special tee shirts for their trackers to wear when following and filming DFL gubernatorial candidate Mark Dayton.
The clothing, unveiled today at the State Fair, comes in response to Dayton's recent complaint that GOP trackers were trying to intimidate him and his supporters. He also suggested partisan trackers wear some kind of identification.
The Republican shirts include identification along with critical messages aimed at Dayton.
Update
A spokeswoman for Dayton declined to comment specifically on the shirts, but she suggested the GOP spend more time trying to explain candidate Tom Emmer's plan for reducing the deficit.

You shouldn'tbe running this story without giving equal time/space to Mark Dayton and Tom Horner (mostly Dayton, though, since he's the main target). More irresponsible and/or lazy and/or biased journalism from MPR.
I get the humor of the tracker t-shirts but it completely lack any class. I wish the republicans would stop this behavior and stick to campaigning on issues.
Hopefully no Democrats will show up at Emmer rallies wearing "I am riding with the guy likes to drink and drive." t-shirt.
So I guess they only wear their "I'm with Stupid" shirts back at the office?
Yes Ralph, the democrats do wear the "I'm with the marxist, drug addled, fraidy cat" shirts back at the office.
Mishy, fortunately, that "drink and drive" tag is so stupid and irrelevant that even the democrats don't bring it up, but I see you do. Are there any other issues in this campaign?
@Jim Bendtsen. Dear Jim, thanks for demonstrating my point so succinctly with that 3rd grade level reply ("I know you are, but what am I?"). Btw, if your next bon mot is "nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah-nyah", please save the pixels. You'd be repeating yourself, not to mention reinforcing the impression of Republican juvenility at the heart of this discussion.
