Gov. Tim Pawlenty is scheduled to be in Aspen, Colorado, Wednesday where he'll attend an event for Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott McInnis.

Pawlenty will remain in Aspen Thursday for Republican Governors Association events as well as a panel discussion at the Aspen Institute. On Friday, Pawlenty will deliver a keynote address to the Denver County and Arapaho County GOP Dinner in Glendale.

This would be the same candidate McInnis who was paid $300,000 to work two years for a foundation and it now turns out that he plagerized his work while he was there. That much money and he can't write his own stuff? Shouldn't this give Governor Pawlenty at least a little pause before supporting him?

Are you kidding? Pawlenty had no problem requesting a presidential pardon for Frank Vennes Jr., a convicted money launderer and major campaign contributor who went to be one of Tom Petters' top Ponzi associates. Why would he be bothered by a little plagiarism?

It was not a one-time offense apparently. Are these the friends Governor Pawlenty chooses to keep? Does he think it is okay to plagerize?
