Republican Marty Seifert was on WCCO's Sunday Morning with Esme Murphy this morning. During his appearance, he said his campaign for governor would release their 2009 fundraising figures this week. He didn't specify but said it was more than DFL House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher reported raising ($254,000). Seifert also suggested that he may have outraised all of the other GOP candidates for governor combined.

Seifert also discussed what impact former GOP Sen. Norm Coleman could have on the race if jumped in.

"The reality is I think our message is resonating. Our message of economic growth, job #1 is jobs and economic opportunity. I think it's resonating. I'm confident that we can win a convention vote regardless of who gets into the race."
