For the record, the Politico item on Bachmann's farm subsidies wasn't based on any new information or analysis from the Environmental Working Group. It was based on another website's recent plagiarization of my original reporting on this subject from over two years ago:

The plagiarizing website neither gave credit to nor linked to these original stories. But that seems to be SOP for many so-called "news" sites on the internets...

That's why we didn't make a big deal out of it. I put it in the blog b/c the EWG released new data (at least that's what I thought).
