MPR's Mark Zdechlik says U.S. Senator-elect Al Franken is scheduled to be sworn in tomorrow at 11:15 a.m. CST. He's expected to have senior Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar and former Vice President Walter Mondale as escorts. Here he was with Harry Reid this morning.
