The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled, Norm Coleman conceded and Al Franken is now going to Washington. The long-awaited conclusion of the 2008 Senate contest dominated the news cycle. Here's a sample of the coverage from MPR, Star Tribune, Pioneer Press and Forum Communications.

Happy unallotment day! Gov. Tim Pawlenty can begin making spending cuts and accounting shifts today using his unallotment authority to balance the budget. DFL leaders took one last shot at the Republican governor's plan Tuesday. The concerns include the governor's legal standing and the potential job losses.
