Paul Kohls files paperwork for governor

GOP state Rep. Paul Kohls officially filed campaign papers today to run for governor in 2010. Kohls, of Victoria, said he will abide by the GOP endorsement but will not adhere to state spending limits. He said he'll focus his campaign on fiscal responsibility and limited government. Kohls also said he'll take a leave of absence from his job at Allianz Life Insurance to campaign full-time.
