Pawlenty, legislative leaders to address Chamber

Gov. Pawlenty and Legislative leaders will address the MN Chamber this week. The five will focus on the end of the legislative session. Here are the details:

Gov. Tim Pawlenty and legislative leaders will share their perspectives on resolving the projected multibillion-dollar budget shortfall for the 2010-11 biennium April 24 at the Minnesota Chamber's Insiders Issue Series.

The governor will begin the session with remarks, and the four caucus leaders will follow with a panel discussion: Senate Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller, DFL-St. Paul; Senate Minority Leader David Senjem, R-Rochester; House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher, DFL-Minneapolis, House Minority Leader Marty Seifert, R-Marshall.

The Minnesota Chamber is the state's largest business organization, representing more than 2,400 businesses of all types and sizes on state public policy and regulatory issues.
