Midday focuses on state budget

DFL House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher and DFL Senate Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller will be on MPR's Midday today at 11.

Sunday's newspapers reported that sales tax on food, clothes and services are being considered. Who is behind this and why add taxes to those least able to afford them.
