Barkley's stump speech

Posted at 2:27 PM on November 3, 2008 by Tom Scheck

We posted speeches from GOP Sen. Norm Coleman and Democrat Al Franken yesterday. Here's a speech from Independence Party candidate Dean Barkley.

Barkley spoke to the 5th and 6th graders (and their parents) at this morning's Get Out The Vote rally at Horace Mann Elementary in St. Paul. This is probably the last formal speech he'll give before Election Day, as the rest of the schedule has him only meeting voters on the street and doing radio interviews.

Thanks to MPR's Tom Weber for providing the audio.
