Barkley runs first ad

I-P Senate candidate Dean Barkley's first ad will start running this week. The campaign wouldn't release the ad buy but a local TV official says the total buy is $50,000 in the Twin Cities. The ads will run on WCCO ($22,000), KMSP ($15,200), KARE ($4500), KSTP ($5375). I'm told Barkley's buyer is also looking to spend more money and requested weekend contact information for stations in Minneapolis, Rochester and Duluth.

Here's the ad.

I'll never understand why some people think Bill Hillsman is such a genious.
