The McCain campaign says First Lady Laura Bush and Cindy McCain (John McCain's wife) will address the GOP delegates at the end of the shortened convention. McCain's campaign cut back on speeches, etc. because of Hurricane Gustav. McCain will also appear to ask the delegates (and others) to donate money to Gustav victims.
No word on whether Gov. Pawlenty, GOP Sen. Norm Coleman, GOP Rep. Michele Bachmann and Republican candidate Erik Paulsen will earn their Monday speaking slots on another day (Pawlenty and Coleman were scheduled to speak twice to the delegates).
