Reuters broke the story.
Here's the release from the McCain campaign:
STATEMENT FROM SARAH AND TODD PALINFor Immediate Release

Monday, September 1, 2008
(NOTE - I removed campaign phone number)
ARLINGTON, VA -- Today, Sarah and Todd Palin issued the following statement regarding today's Reuters story:"We have been blessed with five wonderful children who we love with all our heart and mean everything to us. Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. We're proud of Bristol's decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents. As Bristol faces the responsibilities of adulthood, she knows she has our unconditional love and support.
"Bristol and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family. We ask the media to respect our daughter and Levi's privacy as has always been the tradition of children of candidates."

McCain campaign officials said in a conference call with reporters that they were optimistic that John McCain will accept the GOP nomination for president in person.
They also said they will announce Tuesday's convention schedule on Tuesday morning and that they're confident that Gustav won't bring a total halt to the convention.

The McCain campaign says First Lady Laura Bush and Cindy McCain (John McCain's wife) will address the GOP delegates at the end of the shortened convention. McCain's campaign cut back on speeches, etc. because of Hurricane Gustav. McCain will also appear to ask the delegates (and others) to donate money to Gustav victims.
No word on whether Gov. Pawlenty, GOP Sen. Norm Coleman, GOP Rep. Michele Bachmann and Republican candidate Erik Paulsen will earn their Monday speaking slots on another day (Pawlenty and Coleman were scheduled to speak twice to the delegates).

MPR reporter Curtis Gilbert talked with U.S. Rep. Tom Cole, R-Okla., today about Minnesota's congressional races. Cole is the chair of the National Republican Congressional Committee that works to elect more Republicans to the House of Representatives.
And in order to do that, he thinks it's a wise move for candidates to run against Washington D.C. and Congress in particular. With Congress' approval rating at only 18 percent, this is probably good advice.
But what does that mean for Minnesota's incumbent Republican congressmen and woman? Cole thinks Republican Reps. Michele Bachmann and John Kline have an excellent chance of getting re-elected. Erik Paulsen -- running for Rep. Jim Ramstad's open seat in the 3rd District -- is also a strong candidate from Cole's perspective. But then again, it's part of his role as chair to be optimistic.
You can listen to Curtis' interview with Tom Cole here:

Tom Scheck sends this report in from the Xcel Energy Center:
Minnesota's delegates have a prime spot on the floor for this convention... The candidates (John McCain, Sarah Palin, etc) can look to their right and see Minnesota's 41 delegates in the front row (right next to Kentucky). As we reported last week, swing states, big time donor states, the presidential and VP candidates and the home state get the prime position. The last time a Republican presidential candidate has won Minneosta has been 1972. Is this the best seat the delegates will see in a while?
Here's the Minnesota delegation in their choice spot:
